Exchange&Return&Refund Policy


We know how important this policy to the buyers when shop online.Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and what we cares most. If there is any problem about the item, please do CONTACT us first, we will try our best to help you fix the issue.

Here you will find our detailed return&refund policy:

  1. In order to avoid problems, please double check your order details (size/color/style) carefully before you place the official order.

    We do not take return or offer refund for any mistakes that made at the buyer’s end, but we are more than happy to help you in whatever way we can for sure.


  2. Sizing&Fitting

    Since all of our dresses are handmade and custom tailored, the final finished dress may vary a little by 1-2 inches in either part than the specified measurements.

    To ensure that the dress will fit you perfectly, we leave extra 2 inches seams inside of the dress to allow easy minor size alternation which can be taken care of by your local tailor.

    Please get measured by the professionals and always order the dress a tad big since it is easier to let in than let out.

    If you can not find the inside seam or have any difficulty altering the dress, please feel free to contact us for help.

    We do not take return or refund for 1-2 inches difference due to the nature of custom make.


  3. Color Deviation

    Please understand that the color differs from different computer monitor.Final colors are subject to the actual dress you received.To help us reduce the risk of color difference, we offer fabric samples which you can see from our website page.

    For color difference caused by the monitors, we do not accept return or refund. Kindly note, our ivory shade is very light, close to off white which is not apply for the reason for return.


  4. Physical dress problem

    We take return for physical dress problem including: Wrong size/Wrong color/Damaged item/Poor quality.Any return/exchange/refund requests MUST be filed within 48 hours after the package arrives.

    For physical dress problem return, please be sure to return them in their original condition including your order name/return reason.

    For physical dress return, we will refund you minus postage within 48 hours after we receive the dress.


  5. Some notices you need to read and care
    • Please note, we do not accept any return/exchange/refund without our prior confirmation.
    • Please note, we do not take return or refund for custom order ( By custom order, we are referring to the styles that is not listed on our website as the custom made dress is specially made for you with your size and taste which is hard to resell).So please understand the risk for custom order but of course we will do whatever we can to help you feel confidence to place the custom order with us.
    • Please note, there will be 10-20% restocking fee for returns depends on the detailed return reasons.
    • For exchange, buyer will have to responsible for both way shipping.The exchanged item will be shipped after we receive the returned item. After you contact us for the return and exchange, we will confirm with you via the email and provide the return address and return guidance.


  6. Order changes&Cancellation

    Our tailoring process begins as soon as the order been placed but we allow 48 hours for you to change your mind regarding the style/size/color so please contact us promptly for details when you need to change.

    For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy specified as below:

    • Orders canceled within 48 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Orders canceled after the dress starts will be eligible for a partial refund based on produce cost.
    • Once the order is shipped out, NO CANCELLATION.

    If you would like to cancel you order, please contact us to request cancellation.


  7. Package lost

    We send the package to the address at the payment note. If the package got lost because you fail to update your shipping address or unavailable to sign the package when it arrives, we do not offer remake or refund for this case.

    Any lost caused by seller end, a free new product will be sent for free.


  8. Tax

    Buyer needs to take care of any imported tax and VAT.

    Any buyer refused to pay for the tax and result in package lost, we will not issue any refund or send any replacement for this case.
